About Us
Patson Testing Services Pvt. Ltd. is an Independent Material Testing Laboratory established in 2017 and is located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra).
With the presence of highly reliable state of the art testing equipment, all Chemical, Mechanical, Metallographically, corrosion and Non-destructive (NDT) testing samples are undergoing rigid testing to discern its properties and compositions.
All the generated reports are being reviewed and analyzed against applicable testing methods as per national/ international standards by the concerned specialist/ engineers to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
The Laboratory is well equipped with the most modern and computerized equipment’s like Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for tensile, bend-rebend, compression test, shear test, flattening, flaring, fracture, Macro examination, Proof Load test for fasteners, Nick Break Test, Hardness test (Vicker/ Brinell/ Rockwell), ASTM & ISO impact testing machine in Mechanical department.
Latest German Technology Spectromaxx Make 7th generation Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) for chemical analysis of ferrous & non-ferrous base like Nickel, Copper & Aluminum.
Patson Testing Services Pvt. Ltd. is also having onsite testing facilities by Positive material identification (PMI), Portable Hardness (PH) tester machine, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) machine, Feritescope, Magnetic Particle Test (MPT), Coating Thickness & In-situ Metallography.
All testing machines and instruments are operated and results are validated/ approved by a management having suitably qualified engineers and chemists with over 18 years of wide experience in managing Independent Testing Laboratories of its kind.
